Karen is responsible to ensure that WiserTogether’s products, service and value meet and exceed the expectations of her clients. Karen passionately believes a successful client experience is the cornerstone of a successful business. She brings 20 years of experience managing service delivery and user engagement in the employee benefits and healthcare industries. Prior to joining WiserTogether, Karen led customer success for Activate Networks, a network analytic company delivering behavior change tools for the life science, payor and provider markets. Karen designed client service delivery for Activate from inception through to its successful acquisition  5 years later . Karen has also led service delivery teams at Putnam Investments, Bank of Boston and John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company. Karen received her bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from Brandeis University, and is published in the journal Social Cognition.
